Beautiful dawn…

Lights of the Sun showered on me

as I woke up in the dream

smelling your presence in the passing wind

Night before was all hurry

The wait was like chasing time

Journey of the sleepless night

Waiting;

for the next day’s;

Beautiful Dawn…

Out in the sun

Running wild

to see you shine

like;

an impatient child…

It was hard to believe

that you were really with me

as I had the experience

that am sure;

will last for a lifetime…

You were beautiful

smiling and sweet as always

all sugar coated and divinely spirited

and I had the bliss of my life

as I felt your warmth;

inside…

I froze

as I saw my dream become reality

All absorbed in the moment

Shaken and taken

by your blissful fantasy…

I wished

for the time to stop

and the day to never end

for I knew the sun was setting

and night was falling

and you would go;

back to your own home…

Tomorrow would come

and I may never again own the same

my colors may not again fit your frame

my soul would never again smell;

the chasm of this Beautiful Dawn

my hope to cross the thin line of surviving again 

Today is the tomorrow

and your smell still lingers in the air

as I wake up and look outside

to find your missing essence

Wondering;

if you still love me;

still remember me;

if you still miss me;

like the way you did

on that Beautiful Dawn…

Now you are gone

and things have changed

They are not the same

as they were before;

and I don’t know;

if it would be beautiful again

and if your love will be there

to heal me…

to free me…

Now I see the world through your eyes

just to tell and talk about things

that are left behind

Don't bother
I am alive and not crying

for I have moments, I breathed in

Moments of love, and your angelic touch

Moments that now help me survive;

Moments, that is blessed;

to me...
